L'art du Tao

L’Art du Tao is a Rennes-based association founded in March 2015 to promote Chinese internal energy arts through the practice of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong. Its activities also include meditation, presented as meditation in movement, and introductory sessions in Chinese energy practices. The association offers regular classes in Rennes, with scheduled sessions at local venues, as well as Sunday morning Tai Chi workshops included in its weekly class package.

Participants can also attend dedicated training stages, open to all and subject to limited places. These residential and multi-day events are held in locations including Bidarray in the Basque Country and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer in Brittany, with a Tai Chi Chuan stage also planned in Battambang, Cambodia. The programme combines structured practice sessions with free time, while accommodation and meals are generally arranged and paid for separately by participants.
