Arte Capoeira

Arte Capoeira is a school dedicated to capoeira, presenting the discipline as more than a sport: an art in motion that brings together movement, martial arts, dance, and music. Its website introduces the school’s philosophy and founders, and offers information about its grading system and how classes are conducted. Arte Capoeira provides classes in Houilles and Bezons, in the French department of Val-d’Oise, and lists its course programme and events for the 2026–27 season.

The site also explores capoeira as both a martial art and a dance, helping visitors understand the different dimensions of the practice. An interactive Arte Capoeira encyclopedia gives users another way to discover the discipline, while a section on songs, or cantigas, highlights its musical tradition. Through these resources and local classes, Arte Capoeira presents capoeira as a varied cultural and physical practice, with guidance for people interested in learning about its methods, traditions, and community activities
