Art Embassy Network (ArtEN) is an independent cultural agency based in London, working at the intersection of diplomacy, arts and culture, and institutional development. It brings together embassies, cultural institutes, institutions, and other organisations to foster creative collaboration, cultural dialogue, and international artistic exchange. Through these partnerships, ArtEN develops cultural strategies and programmes, delivers high-level international commissions, and supports cross-border initiatives that require specialist international infrastructure and curatorial expertise.

The agency connects diplomatic networks with cultural, civic, and commercial spaces to help realise projects across these sectors. Beyond programming, ArtEN advises developers, cultural organisations, and corporate bodies on cross-cultural strategy, spatial curation, and international partnerships. Its website also shares programme and editorial content and invites visitors to connect with the agency.

Through its newsletter, subscribers can receive institutional announcements, private previews, and international partnership news, as well as invitations to events and information about contemporary art opportunities. Led by Rodrigo Chaveiro, ArtEN focuses on building meaningful connections through international cultural collaboration
