About Artemisia and Rue
Artemisia & Rue is a thriving herbal education program based in Denver, Colorado. It was founded by Shelley Torgove, a practicing Clinical Herbalist, certified Massage Therapist, and Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner. With a passion for herbal medicine, Shelley opened an apothecary in 1996 and has been teaching and working privately with clients ever since.
Over the years, she has trained hundreds of herbalists, spreading the knowledge and joy of herbal healing far and wide. Artemisia & Rue specializes in herbal healing for women, integrating Western herbal medicine with traditional healing practices. Shelley also offers retreat-style programs that provide meaningful ways for women to learn and connect with the healing wisdom that sustains us.
