Arthritis Associates of Kingsport is a private rheumatology practice serving Kingsport and the wider East Tennessee region. Established more than 30 years ago by the late Dr. Alton Morris, the practice is led by board-certified rheumatologists specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Its physicians care for people with a broad range of rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, gout, bursitis, and juvenile arthritis. Care is guided by each patient’s history, physical examination, laboratory results, and imaging, with an emphasis on personalized treatment, clear communication, and a comfortable visit. The practice also participates in clinical studies evaluating treatments for inflammatory rheumatic disease.
