Artico Search

Artico Search is a recruiting and executive search firm that helps organizations find extraordinary people to build, scale, and protect their businesses. The firm works with clients across consumer, enterprise, and security markets, as well as private equity and venture capital. Its services include helping clients define search needs, identify and assess candidates, and navigate the hiring process from initial discussions through offer and close.

Artico emphasizes a hands-on search experience, combining client coaching and role scoping with candidate screening and ongoing support. A client representative from Mars Inc. described the firm’s work positively, highlighting the quality of candidates referred, strong screening, and assistance through the offer stage.

The company also shares information about its team, careers, news, and events, and invites prospective clients to make contact by email. Artico cautions candidates to verify recruiting communications: it says it uses official company channels, does not initiate recruiting through personal email, messaging apps, or text messages, and will not request sensitive personal information through unofficial channels.
