Artifact Puzzles is an artisanal puzzle company that specializes in designing, making, and selling wooden jigsaw puzzles. Established in 2009, the company began as an experiment in micro-manufacturing and has since become a prominent player in the industry. All of their puzzles are proudly made in the USA, with manufacturing locations in Port Townsend, Washington, and previously in Fremont, California.
What sets Artifact Puzzles apart is their unique approach to puzzle design. Each puzzle is designed specifically for the image it depicts, adding charm and challenge to the puzzle-solving experience. They offer two lines of puzzles to cater to different preferences.
Their standard line features bright, glossy prints that bring out the unique puzzle designs. In contrast, their newer Ecru line features matte prints that reduce glare and closer-cut pieces that showcase the puzzle's image. As a brand, Artifact Puzzles is committed to sustainability.
They use environmentally-friendly plywood and soy-based inks in the production of their puzzles. With a diverse collection of art spanning different civilizations and time periods, Artifact Puzzles offers a rewarding way to relax and connect with loved ones.
