Schellenberger Jean-Noël is an Alsatian artisan brand dedicated to foie gras and regional culinary craftsmanship. Rooted in a family tradition of butchery and charcuterie, Jean-Noël Schellenberger trained in the trade, earned a master craftsman qualification, and developed his foie gras expertise with renowned chefs. The brand prepares goose and duck foie gras using traditional methods, with a focus on quality and the flavours of Alsace.

Its range includes whole and mi-cuit foie gras, truffled specialties, and products such as duck rillettes with foie gras. Customers can also find smoked and dried duck breast, filet mignon, smoked salmon, caviars, fresh truffles, and other gourmet selections. Numerous products have received medals at France’s Concours Général Agricole, including gold, silver, and bronze awards across several years.
