About Artisan of Awakening
Artisan of Awakening is the work of writer and visual teacher Helene Grillot, who uses the Enneagram as a path to recognize fear-based patterns and explore what lies beneath them. Drawing on her Enneagram study, which began in 1998, Helene offers a compassionate, reflective approach focused not on labeling or fixing the self, but on seeing habitual patterns and reconnecting with Presence, Essence, and inner freedom.
