Artistry Imagined

Artistry Imagined is a Bloomington, Indiana, maker of bespoke, handcrafted writing instruments and other turned goods. Each piece is designed and made by hand, transforming wood, antler, and other distinctive materials into functional objects with individual patterns and character. The collection includes ballpoint, rollerball, fountain, and gel pens, pencils, wands, and accessories such as bottle stoppers, seam rippers, hobby knives, and pen cases. Customers can browse current products online and view past and present work in the gallery.

Custom orders are available for customers who want a special material, color, style, or finish. The maker is especially interested in repurposing meaningful materials, such as a customer’s tree, into a personal keepsake. Each turned item is unique, and custom projects may take longer to produce. Pieces are carefully sanded through multiple grits and polished for a lasting finish. Artistry Imagined also offers opportunities to view its work in person by appointment in Bloomington, at craft shows, and through several regional galleries and retailers.
