About ArtsandCraftsShow
Bead & Design Shows, under the visionary leadership of Anna Johnson, has been a vibrant hub for artisans and craft enthusiasts since 1992. With a legacy of showcasing over 2,500 exhibitors from 50 countries, these shows celebrate the rich artistry of beads and crafts. Anna, a pioneering glass beadmaker and a traveling merchant, revitalized lost techniques and launched the first bead show in the U.S., known as To Bead True Blue, in Tucson. This invitation-only event quickly gained acclaim for its unique artisanal focus, drawing attendees from across the globe.
Today, Bead & Design Shows host hundreds of thousands of attendees who come to explore a diverse range of products, including vintage and antique beads, textiles, and unique craft materials. Alongside the exhibits, they offer workshops, classes, and seminars, fostering a hands-on learning environment. With shows in locations like Pasadena, Marina Del Rey, and Walnut Creek, Bead & Design continues to inspire creativity and connection within the arts and crafts community.
