About ARTSCAPE
Artscape is America's largest free outdoor arts festival, held in Baltimore since 1982. It is a celebration of the arts, marketing Baltimore as a cultural hub and promoting economic development in the Mt. Vernon/Bolton Hill neighborhood.
In 2019, Artscape featured over 200 artist performers and 100 visual artists and artisans. The festival offers a wide range of experiences, including visual art exhibitions, main stage music performances, culinary delights, community gathering spaces, immersive family and youth activities, and an artist marketplace. This year's Artscape, scheduled for September 22-24, will showcase art exhibitions, an artist marketplace, film festival, conversation series, live music performances, and more.
The festival will take place in multiple locations, including Mount Royal Station Main Stage, Mosher Street Stage, Station North Stage, and North of North Stage. To attend Artscape, it is recommended to use paid public transportation, and options such as buses, light rail, trains, or bikes are available. Limited street parking is also available, but attendees are responsible for parking costs.
A detailed festival map, including the locations of stages, vendors, facilities, and scheduled acts, will be available on the Artscape website from September 1st onwards
