Aru

Aru by Lagarde is a private chef and craft goods brand based in Marbella, Spain, offering tailored food experiences and locally connected products. Its private chef team supports a range of occasions, from intimate dinners and celebrations to professional business events. Services include personalized menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and beverage pairing, with plated and canapé menus available. The team can also incorporate ingredients it grows or forages, alongside locally crafted products such as Mainake gin and charcuterie.

The brand’s Mainake gin draws inspiration from the history of Málaga, whose ancient Phoenician trading port was known as Mainake. Its flavor concept reflects ingredients and influences associated with historic trading routes across Asia, Africa, the Mediterranean, and beyond. In addition to its chef services, Aru by Lagarde presents craft goods and products through its shop and showcases its work in a gallery. Customers can contact the team to discuss an event or make a booking, with services designed to bring each client’s food vision to life.
