AS Kampfkunst

AS Kampfkunst is a self-defense training provider based in Weißenburg, Germany, offering practical instruction for people of different ages, sizes, abilities and fitness levels. Its approach emphasizes functional skills over commitment to a particular martial arts style, making training accessible to beginners and everyday participants as well as more experienced students. The program begins with core principles: recognizing danger, understanding distance, communicating effectively, using protective techniques and identifying an exit.

The team’s experience spans disciplines including Ju-Jutsu, kickboxing, DefenseArt and i-Pensa. AS Kampfkunst’s stated aim is to help participants build practical confidence and protect themselves and those around them
