Accompagnement Stratégie Maine-et-Loire (AS Maine-et-Loire), formerly known as AS 49, is an association for accounting and management services registered with the French Order of Chartered Accountants. For more than 40 years, it has supported entrepreneurs and business owners across the region, from setting up or taking over a business to its development and eventual transfer. Its 115 employees work across eight local offices, serving clients in agriculture and viticulture, as well as trades, retail, small and medium-sized businesses, liberal professions, associations, cooperatives and property investors.

AS Maine-et-Loire provides accounting and tax expertise, business strategy and management advice, payroll and human resources support, legal guidance, and help with retirement and insurance planning. Its services also include wealth management, agricultural policy and environmental advice, training, administrative support and digital tools. The organisation assists with business projects, investment decisions, regulatory obligations and day-to-day management, tailoring its support to each client’s needs. It also advises on renewable energy and offers specialised support for agricultural businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the life of their business.
