Åsa Lockner

Åsa Lockner Jewellery is the studio practice of jewellery maker Åsa Lockner, who has produced and promoted contemporary art jewellery since graduating in 1999. The brand focuses on distinctive, handmade pieces, including one-off works created for exhibitions, collectors and private clients. Its work spans experimental designs as well as wearable jewellery, offering a view of contemporary art jewellery in both expressive and practical forms.

Alongside bespoke and exhibition work, Åsa Lockner offers off-the-shelf pieces and small series for direct purchase through her webshop. Her practice is shaped by experience not only as a maker, but also as a curator and project manager with an international perspective. After a ten-year break from her studio, during which she served as director and artistic leader of Konsthantverkarna in Stockholm, Lockner has returned to the workbench. She is developing new work, building connections and seeking new challenges. The brand welcomes enquiries from clients, collectors and collaborators interested in unique jewellery and contemporary craft.
