ASAP & Co. is an award-winning halal steakhouse and modern smokehouse in Singapore’s Central Business District, located at 70 Telok Ayer Street. The restaurant celebrates traditional smoking and grilling through a carefully crafted approach: steaks are slow-smoked to develop rich flavour, seared over high heat, then plated with care. Its beef selection includes grass-fed Australian cuts, dry-aged vintage beef, Australian Wagyu and A5 Japanese Wagyu, with different levels of marbling and finishing. The steaks are smoked with hickory and cherry wood and grilled over applewood embers; the restaurant recommends serving them medium rare. Larger Flintstone cuts are available for sharing among three to four diners.

Guests can reserve a table, enjoy the restaurant’s dining experience, or arrange delivery. ASAP & Co. also offers private dining and PASA, a way to take selected cuts home.
