As Development is a dynamic brand that encompasses both an architecture firm and a real estate development company. Our primary goal is to assist clients with their architectural design needs while also developing our own projects. We pride ourselves on combining our expertise in design, finance, and construction to identify unique opportunities that may not be evident to any one specific field.
What sets us apart is our commitment to creating a lasting positive impact on communities, neighborhoods, and landscapes. Our approach involves considering various factors, including social, cultural, technological, practical, and financial issues, throughout the development process. We firmly believe in embracing an inclusive dialogue that involves multiple stakeholders, enabling us to design better places and deliver more enjoyable spaces and experiences.
In addition to collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, and craftspeople, we prioritize supporting the local communities where we work. By partnering with community members and stakeholders, we ensure that everyone benefits from neighborhood development. We also strive to create more equitable cities by educating community groups and cities about the real estate development process.
Craftsmanship is vital to us, and we value the strong relationship between tools, techniques, and materials. By working closely with craftspeople, contractors, and engineers, we gain invaluable insight and achieve the highest quality in our architecture and interiors. We prioritize the local material culture and the expertise of local builders.
Our dedicated team consists of experienced professionals who are committed to excellence. Led by founder Charles Shelton Green, a licensed Architect in California and Oregon, we have vast experience in residential, commercial, and cultural projects. Our designers, including Luka Radovic and Trevor Joseph, contribute their unique perspectives to bring communities together and streamline the design process.
Located in Berkeley, California, with active projects in California and Oregon, we invite you to join us in creating remarkable, sustainable, and community-focused architecture and development projects. Contact us today to discuss how we can transform your vision into reality
