About ASB Schleswig-Holstein
ASB Schleswig-Holstein, a non-denominational and non-political welfare and relief organization, has been providing services since its founding in 1888. We offer diverse and direct assistance to people in need, regardless of their political, ethnic, national, or religious affiliation. With over 100,000 members and more than 1,000 dedicated employees, ASB Schleswig-Holstein is committed to promoting self-sufficiency and independence for individuals in the region.
As a welfare association and relief organization, we are active in a range of sectors, including rescue and medical services, disaster relief, child care facilities, elderly care and palliative care/hospice, and first aid training. Additionally, we manage projects such as the Wünschewagen Schleswig-Holstein, a wish fulfillment initiative for terminally ill patients. Whether you are seeking assistance or looking to contribute as a volunteer, ASB Schleswig-Holstein offers various opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
