Ascended

Ascended is a fantasy fitness role-playing game from Level Up Fitness Inc. that turns real-world exercise into an interactive adventure. Its mobile app connects workouts with quests, story missions, experience points, rewards, and character progression, helping users make training feel more engaging and purposeful.

Players can create an avatar, choose a path, and develop their hero as they exercise. Cardio, strength, and functional training can all contribute to progress: users log activities, build readiness, complete missions, earn XP, and unlock gear as the story advances. Ascended is designed to make healthy habits more motivating by giving workouts a role in a continuing fantasy narrative, rather than treating them as isolated checkmarks.

The app is available on iPhone, with Android access listed as coming soon through a waitlist. The brand reports that its project was funded on Kickstarter and named a “Projects We Love,” with more than 600 early backers. Ascended also invites users to connect through its Discord community
