Ascension Dance

Ascension Dance is a faith-based organization serving high school dance teams through competitions, camps, summer intensives, and related experiences. Its mission is to help dancers rise to a higher level by developing their skills, confidence, team connection, and spirit in an uplifting environment grounded in excellence and service.

The organization runs a professionally managed contest circuit with Challenge and Champion formats, allowing teams to compete in their preferred style or take on both. Events feature expert adjudication and transparent scoring. Ascension Dance also offers L.E.A.D. Officer Camps, T.E.A.M. Private Camps, and A.I.M. Manager Camp, alongside training opportunities for team leaders and managers. Its summer intensives provide six hours of instruction in varied styles and genres, helping dancers strengthen technique, prepare for high school-level demands, and build confidence. Additional experiences include an officer audition workshop, Ascension Dance Nationals, and Spirit of America Productions, with travel-related information available. Across its programs, Ascension Dance aims to challenge and empower dancers while recognizing their talents and aspirations.
