ASD FLASH CLIMBING

Flash Climbing is an amateur sports association and climbing community based in Merano, with activities also offered at its Ega location. Its welcoming 120-square-metre gym is designed for bouldering, with routes reset every two weeks, a teaching wall, Moonboard, spray wall and dedicated training area. Climbers can relax and socialize in the association’s bar after a session.

The association offers indoor and outdoor climbing courses for children, teenagers and adults, from playful introductions for young beginners to technical development, rope skills, safety, strength training and advanced coaching. It also runs a competitive team for local athletes and organizes climbing outings and seasonal activities, including outdoor holiday camps. Personal Flash Coaching provides tailored assessment, training plans and progress monitoring, with options for in-person or remote support. Yoga for climbers and individual lessons are available to help develop flexibility, mobility and strength.

Membership is required for courses and includes insurance cover and a first gym entry.
