AS Elite Gatherings

AS Elite Gatherings is an event management studio based in Marthandam, Tamil Nadu, creating thoughtfully planned occasions across the region. Its services cover weddings, corporate events, product launches, private parties, stage decoration, and award and cultural shows. The team manages event experiences from initial consultation and design through on-site execution, coordinating staging, décor, lighting, event flow, rehearsals, and vendors.

Corporate offerings include conferences, seminars, dealer meets, and annual days, while private celebrations can include birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones. For launches and award nights, the studio focuses on the setting and timing needed to support memorable presentations. Each event is shaped around the client’s date, venue, budget, guests, and preferred atmosphere, with the aim of helping hosts enjoy the occasion rather than manage its logistics.

AS Elite Gatherings serves events of varying sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger functions, and shares examples of its work through a gallery and highlight videos. The studio is located on Railway Station Road in Marthandam and accepts booking enquiries by phone or email
