Asé

Asé SA is a family-owned architecture and real estate company based in Valais, Switzerland, founded in 1998. Building on values passed down through three generations, the company brings architectural design, construction expertise and property services together to guide clients from an initial idea to the handover and follow-up of a completed property. Its projects include custom-designed villas, chalets and apartment buildings, with an emphasis on lasting quality, careful planning and designs suited to their surroundings and the people who live in them.

Asé’s architecture team develops projects from early planning through construction, while its construction management service coordinates contractors, schedules, costs and quality, and oversees project completion. Its real estate agency supports the marketing and management of properties for purchase, sale and rental. The company offers personalized guidance at each stage, beginning with an assessment of clients’ needs and continuing through planning, implementation and post-delivery support.

Asé reports having completed 718 homes and brings together 30 employees across architecture, technical, property management and administrative roles, providing clients with a coordinated point of contact for their property projects
