Ashby Show is a long-running, family-friendly agricultural event organised by Ashby de la Zouch Agricultural Society, a registered charity. Held at Cattows Farm in Heather, Leicestershire, the one-day show celebrates the countryside and supports local and national farmers, continuing a tradition spanning more than 100 years. Its agricultural competitions are central to the event, with classes for cattle, sheep, horses and ponies, show jumping, Shire and heavy horses, classic cars and children’s entries.
Visitors can also enjoy entertainment in the Main Ring, sporting activities, vintage cars, artisan street food and drinks, crafts, shopping, and activities for young children. The show welcomes families and dogs, with visitor information covering travel, parking and accessibility. Ashby Show offers online tickets for visitors and class entry for competitors, alongside opportunities to become a member, volunteer or sponsor the event. Through its competitions, attractions and community activities, the Society brings together farmers, exhibitors and visitors for a lively celebration of rural life in the Midlands.
