Asheville Cryotherapy & Recovery is a veteran-owned wellness studio dedicated to helping the Asheville community recover, heal, and maintain an active lifestyle. Founded in January 2025 by Jason Moore, a Marine veteran and former collegiate athlete, the center offers a range of expert recovery therapies designed to enhance overall well-being. With the support of co-founder Maria Moore, a licensed physical therapist with over 22 years of experience, Asheville Cryotherapy combines scientifically-backed treatments such as Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna sessions, Compression Therapy, and Red Light Therapy.
