Ash Tree Hormone Health, formerly Ash Garden Wellness, is a virtual women’s health clinic focused on helping women navigate perimenopause and support their hormonal and overall well-being. Led by Shannon Santo, who has more than 20 years of experience, the practice emphasizes personalized, gentle, and inclusive care tailored to each woman’s needs and goals.

Services include hormone health programs and hormone replacement therapy, along with comprehensive lab testing to assess hormone, thyroid, metabolic, cholesterol, gut health, and food sensitivity concerns. The clinic also offers nutritional guidance, supplement strategies, lifestyle coaching, lab coordination and review, and ongoing follow-up support. Its approach aims to investigate potential underlying contributors to symptoms and develop an individualized plan.

Ash Tree Hormone Health provides support for healthy weight goals and offers guidance on essential oils and wellness products through a Young Living partner site. Patients can schedule appointments online or contact the clinic by phone, text, or email. HSA and FSA payments, credit and debit cards, Zelle, and PayPal are listed as accepted payment options.
