Ashmontag

Ashmont Ag Society is a community organization in Ashmont, Alberta, building community and hosting events since 1984. Located in the Heart of the Lakeland, the society brings residents together through agricultural, heritage, and social activities, while providing facilities for local gatherings and recreation. Its amenities include an Agriplex, ball diamonds, outdoor structures, a camping area, and a playground, with rentals available for community and private use.

The society’s event calendar features a farmers’ market, Heritage Days, Buck of the Season, an annual general meeting in December, Malanka, and Ladies Night Out, alongside past events and other activities. The organization also offers ways to get involved through volunteering, membership, sponsorship, and donations, and provides contacts for general inquiries and facility rentals.
