Ash On Bikes

Ash On Bikes is a motorcycle-focused website preserving the work of journalist Kevin Ash, remembered for straight-talking coverage of the motorcycling world. Following Ash’s death in 2013, the site continued as a place to find selected articles from the original website, which was closed because it was difficult to maintain. Its archive spans motorcycle reviews, industry news, technical explainers, interviews, riding experiences and commentary on topics such as safety, regulations and racing.

Coverage includes motorcycles and scooters from manufacturers including Honda, Triumph, Ducati, BMW, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi, as well as equipment, technology and motorcycle theft. The site also shares photographs for sale and information about the Kevin Ash Fund, established to support the education of Kevin’s three daughters. Visitors can learn about donations and fundraising through eBay listings, which include motorcycle clothing and bike parts.

Ash On Bikes additionally highlights bereavement-awareness work by the Shakespeare Hospice, which supported Kevin’s family
