Ashtanga Yoga OBX

Michelle Wade offers yoga teaching and Soul Coaching for people seeking a deeper connection with themselves and a more purposeful life. Her approach is grounded in the belief that spiritual and physical experience are closely connected, and that losing touch with this connection can lead to dissatisfaction and a diminished sense of vitality. Through her work, Michelle invites clients to explore questions such as who they are, why they are here, what they value, and what purpose they want their lives to serve.

Yoga is presented as more than a physical practice: it can open the door to personal and spiritual exploration. Michelle brings this perspective to both her yoga teaching and individual Soul Coaching sessions, offering coaching and instruction for those on a path of self-discovery. The site also highlights Holistic Mental Health and Yoga & Beyond as areas of interest, with options to explore yoga practice or Soul Coaching. Visitors can connect with Michelle and sign up for email news and updates.
