Ash Tree Care Village

Ash Tree Care Village is a residential development in the market town of Reepham, Norfolk, combining independent living, community facilities and optional care and support. The village offers a collection of 15 luxury two-bedroom bungalows, designed with contemporary interiors and set among landscaped, maintained gardens and surrounding countryside. Homes feature open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas, two bedrooms and practical facilities, with selected properties currently offered for sale.

Residents can meet friends and neighbours or relax in the on-site Club House, which is planned to include an orangery, bistro restaurant, library and comfortable lounge. The development is close to local amenities, including a small supermarket next door, while Reepham’s historic Market Place, independent dining options and welcoming community are nearby. Ash Tree Care Village aims to offer residents flexibility to choose as much or as little care and support as they need. The website provides property details, local area information and a brochure, and invites prospective residents to contact the team to discuss their requirements.
