ASHWAY Golf

ASHWAY Golf provides private, reasonably priced golf instruction at an outdoor home facility in Birmingham, Alabama. Led by David Peine, a USGTF-certified instructor with 20 years of experience, the business welcomes adult and junior golfers of all genders and skill levels, from beginners to experienced players looking to refine their game. Lessons are available for individuals or pairs, with appointments arranged in advance.

Instruction introduces or develops core skills through games and drills tailored to each student. Sessions cover putting, chipping, pitching, sand shots and full swings with different clubs, alongside golf rules, etiquette, scoring and course management. The aim is to help students learn technique and enjoy golf as a game. Limited loaner clubs for men, women and juniors may be available, depending on size and fit. Individual lesson packages and an eight-week two-person program are offered, with pricing based on sessions at the home facility; instruction at other locations may cost more. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled as availability permits.
