About AsiaDHRRA
AsiaDHRRA is a prominent brand that aims to improve the socio-economic well-being of rural communities in Asia. As a Promoter and Catalyst of partnership relations, AsiaDHRRA creates opportunities for genuine people-to-people dialogue and exchange. Additionally, they also serve as a Facilitator of human resource development processes in rural areas and act as a Mobilizer of resources and opportunities to strengthen solidarity and kinship among Asian rural communities.
AsiaDHRRA offers various programs to support rural development, including Farmers Fighting Poverty (FFP), which focuses on reducing rural poverty and enhancing economic services for farmers' organizations in several countries. They also maintain the Post-Yolanda Fund for Local Initiatives, providing direct financial and technical assistance to rural organizations affected by super typhoon Yolanda. Another program, ReCoERDO-Asia, aims to empower rural development organizations in Southeast Asia through capacity building and strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations.
