The Asian Barometer Survey (ABS) is an international research initiative focused on public opinion and democratic development across Asia. The initiative shares survey datasets, including country-specific releases such as sixth-wave data for Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia, and organizes conferences, seminars, and webinars where researchers discuss findings and emerging issues. ABS also highlights research and activities from partner organizations and network members, helping connect regional scholarship with international discussions.

Founded under the leadership of Professor Yun-han Chu, the survey marks milestones in its history through anniversary messages and conference materials.
