About Asia News Network
Asia News Network (ANN) is a leading regional alliance of news titles dedicated to bringing the region closer together. With a focus on promoting the coverage of Asian affairs through Asian journalists, ANN aims to provide informative and engaging editorial content for readers in Asia. Originally formed in 1999 with nine media titles, the network has since expanded to include 22 leading titles based in major capitals across Southeast Asia, East Asia, and South Asia.
In February 2020, ANN registered as a company limited by guarantee in Singapore, marking a significant milestone in its evolution. With this transition, the alliance plans to broaden its activities, including joint projects, webinars, and events. This move reflects ANN's commitment to meeting the needs of a wide audience and serving as a hub for news and information about the region.
