Asians in Animation, also known as AIA and AnimAsians, is a dynamic and welcoming global community dedicated to advancing and celebrating the Asian animation industry. Founded in 2020, Asians in Animation is a community-powered 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to the elevation and celebration of Asian stories, Asian-led work, and the diverse cultures spanning the entire continent of Asia. Our organization serves as an invaluable resource for information, stories, resources, and perspectives within the Asian animation community.
We offer industry education, targeted talent development, and facilitate communication channels among Asian animators worldwide. Our mission is to empower Asian creatives throughout their careers, allowing them to take pride in their heritage while advancing in the industry and sharing their community's stories on the animated screen.
