Ask Donna

Ask Donna is an NDIS consulting, contracting and support service helping people navigate their individual support journeys. Based in Echuca, Victoria, the brand offers personalised guidance to make the NDIS easier to understand and help participants connect with services suited to their needs, goals and changing circumstances. Its support includes navigating the NDIS system, coordinating services, understanding plans and funding, connecting with providers, and preparing for plan reviews so participants can communicate their aspirations and support needs.

Ask Donna is led by Donna McManus, whose experience spans more than 27 years in disability services, education, employment training and networking. Her background includes direct support and specialised coordination, informing an approach centred on empathy, dignity, respect and strong relationships. The service aims to help participants feel heard, supported and more confident in managing their plans. Ask Donna serves Echuca, Bendigo, Rushworth, Shepparton, Deniliquin, Swan Hill and surrounding areas, as well as Melbourne, Albury and Wagga Wagga.
