#ASKnet is a transformative and sustainable open society network that focuses on building a professional media skills ecosystem. This cross-border consortium of community-driven organizations offers access to open-source knowledge, media and IT-related training, and hands-on skills for community members. Supported by r0g_agency and Hive Colab, #ASKnet aims to inspire innovation, creativity, and empowerment while engaging in peacebuilding initiatives.

The network comprises nine member organizations addressing local challenges and empowering individuals with knowledge and skills. Through community creativity, media development, and open access initiatives, #ASKnet fosters democracy, accountability, and public participation. Members collaborate to strengthen civil society structures in South Sudan and neighboring countries, creating opportunities for collaboration and mutual support.
