Bangkom ASN Pintar Kota Bontang is a digital learning and competency-development platform operated by the Bontang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). It supports the professional growth of civil servants through an integrated environment for training, independent study, certification, and progress monitoring, in line with the competency-development aims of Indonesia’s State Civil Apparatus Law No. 20 of 2023.

The platform offers a catalog of available courses, training schedules, and flexible self-directed classes featuring concise, interactive learning materials that users can access at any time. Participants can obtain digital certificates equipped with QR codes to help verify authenticity. Reporting tools let users review training histories, accumulated learning hours, and competency progress. The site also provides an ASN portal login and links to relevant public-sector organizations and resources.

Designed to make ongoing learning more accessible and trackable, ASN Pintar brings key development services together in one place for Bontang’s civil servants. The platform reports 11 available trainings, 32 digital certificates, and 139 participants.
