Asociace energetických specialistů

Asociace energetických specialistů (AES) is a Czech association supporting energy specialists and promoting professional knowledge in energy efficiency and building performance. It serves current and aspiring specialists, energy advisers, and partner organisations through membership, training, events, and practical resources. Members can access association benefits, a member directory, certificates, a downloadable member logo, newsletters, and specialist stamps for professionals authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. AES also provides information and guidance on applying for authorisation as an energy specialist, including links to official methodologies, forms, and frequently asked questions.

The association organises professional seminars, webinars, and conferences on topics such as building energy performance, heating and ventilation, heat pumps, and relevant legislation. Its preparatory courses help candidates study for specialist examinations, including authorisation to prepare energy performance certificates (PENB). AES also offers an accredited energy adviser course, delivered online and partly in person, with participation funded through the Czech National Recovery Plan.
