La Asociación de las Bienaventuranzas ha fundado dos Villas: Villa Bienaventuranzas, Villa Marina. Una obra de amor que funciona en la Tablada de Lurín en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, Perú y que sirve como espacio de acogida a quien nada tiene, a quién más necesita, a quien se siente abandonado y sólo. El perfil de los beneficiarios de hogar es el de personas con diversas discapacidades y enfermedades mentales y físicas (incluso enfermedades terminales).
