ASOCIAE is the Association of Excellent Tax and Labour Advisers, a Spanish professional association created to support advisers and strengthen the sector. Drawing on experience working with professional practices, it promotes collaboration among members, better relationships with public institutions and private organisations, professional development, business sustainability and good practices. Its members can access Social Collaborator status, enabling eligible advisers to submit tax returns and handle other procedures for clients electronically through an agreement with Spain’s tax agency.

ASOCIAE also provides access to agreements with regional governments and administrations, support for becoming a Point of Attention to Entrepreneurs, and guidance on registering for the Sistema RED and Contrat@ platforms. The association is included in the tax agency’s Good Practices Code and has its own mandatory code of conduct and statutes. Membership is offered through Asesor Excelente Lite and Asesor Excelente plans, which include training and a legal database; the higher tier also offers expert consultations, digital certificate issuance and a business directory listing
