Our co-founders, Marius, Claudia, Adrian, Oana, and the rest of the team have all participated in the J1 program and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.

Our vision is to solve youth unemployment, one internship at a time, by placing students and young professionals from around the world in working and living environments that foster career growth. Our mission is to help our participants travel, live, and work abroad while acquiring technical and soft skills and building their professional network.
