Aspergerliguriait

Gruppo Asperger Liguria is a regional voluntary association supporting autistic people and their families across Liguria, Italy. Active since 2006 and formally established as Gruppo Asperger Liguria APS in 2012, the organization promotes mutual support, shared experience, and initiatives to improve the quality of life of autistic children, adolescents, and adults. Its activities include social skills education for autistic adolescents and adults, parent training, and self-help groups for parents and guardians.

The association also provides information and guidance, shares useful regional contacts for diagnosis and services, and works with relevant institutions to encourage inclusion in schools and workplaces. Prevention and safety for autistic adolescents and adults are additional areas of focus. Through its news and events, Gruppo Asperger Liguria raises awareness and connects people with local resources and community activities.

The association invites the public to support its work through donations, including Italy’s five-per-thousand tax contribution. Based in Genoa, it is part of a wider network of autism-related information and support in Italy
