Aspire 2 Dream

Aspire 2 Dream is a Texas-based organization dedicated to building bright futures for teen girls in foster care. Its mission is to provide a safe, nurturing home where young people can learn, grow, and prepare for independence. The organization offers a home setting, counseling, and transitional living support, with a focus on developing practical life skills, confidence, and self-sufficiency.

Aspire 2 Dream’s care model uses Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach designed to address children’s complex needs. Its practices emphasize connection, felt safety, and a supportive balance of nurture and structure, helping residents develop protective factors and make healthy, productive choices.

The organization also invites community members to contribute through volunteering, mentoring, participating, or donating. In addition to its residential and youth-support services, Aspire 2 Dream features Group CCO Safescan, an app designed to help residential centers complete and document required 15-minute quality rounds efficiently, supporting compliance and quality of care.
