About The Aspire Community Foundation
The Aspire Community Foundation is a family-run foundation based in Sri Lanka that aims to empower and uplift rural and disadvantaged communities in the Western, Southern, and North Eastern provinces. Founded by Nayanee Silva and her family, the foundation has been actively engaged in supporting these communities for over 25 years. The foundation works to bridge the inequality gap by providing access to educational programs, vocational training, and sustainable livelihood development.
They fund educational enrichment programs, scholarships, and career preparation initiatives to support academic and educational development. Additionally, they provide welfare projects to improve living standards and support those affected by the COVID-related economic situation.
