About Aspire For Her
Aspire For Her is a gender-diversity movement that is dedicated to empowering women to enter, persevere, and thrive in the workforce. They achieve this by harnessing the power of communities, all with the goal of uplifting the economy. Their vision is ambitious, aiming to enable over 1 million women to participate in the economy and contribute $5 billion to India's GDP by 2025.
Aspire For Her is on a mission to help women become financially independent, turn their career aspirations into actions, and provide opportunities for them to engage in education, employment, and entrepreneurship. This movement was born in March 2020 but was inspired by the experiences of its founder, Madhura DasGupta Sinha. She started Aspire For Her with her mother and daughter, fueled by the belief that determination and grit alone are not enough to break through the barriers women face in their careers.
With a dedicated team of professionals and a strong community of members, mentors, and ambassadors, Aspire For Her is making a significant impact on gender diversity in the workplace
