Aspire Ireland is the Autism Spectrum Association of Ireland, a national organization and registered charity established in 1995. Originally focused on supporting individuals with a diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome, Aspire has expanded its remit to support the broader autistic community. They operate a family inclusive model, providing support and assistance to both autistic individuals and their support networks.

Aspire advocates on behalf of autistic people and equips them with the tools to advocate for themselves. They manage a residential service that focuses on developing independent living skills. Additionally, Aspire operates a Social Enterprise called Aspire Productions, a media production company that provides paid employment, training, and engagement for adults with ASD/AD.

They also run social meet-up groups, support programs for adults and youths, and provide training and resources to schools, colleges, workplaces, and community services. Aspire's goals include providing information and support for individuals with ASD or Asperger Syndrome in areas such as diagnosis, education, training, employment, and personal development
