Aspirer Firm is a mindset coaching and consulting practice founded by Marie Cook, MA, LPC, a licensed professional counselor with clinical experience and training in CBT and REBT. The firm helps high-achieving professionals address imposter syndrome, burnout, perfectionism, self-sabotage, anxiety, and limiting beliefs through evidence-based tools and the Inner Temple Framework. This approach focuses on strengthening five areas: self-worth, competence and growth, resilience, connection, and freedom and acceptance.

A central offering is the Inner Temple Blueprint, an eight-week personalized, one-to-one coaching program with weekly sessions, assessments, tailored plans, exercises, and program materials. Clients can choose Premium or VIP support, with the latter including additional contact between sessions. Aspirer Firm also provides corporate wellness programs and high-performance mindset workshops for teams and organizations.
