Aspiring Wild

Aspiring Wild offers guided outdoor experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, build confidence and enjoy the simplicity of time in the wild. Operating across the lands of the Dharug, Gundungarra and Wiradjuri people, the organisation welcomes individuals, families, schools and small groups, and celebrates diversity and inclusion.

Its activities include guided bushwalks in the Blue Mountains, where participants can explore wild places and discover hidden locations, and abseiling on the area’s sandstone escarpments, with experiences tailored to newcomers and those developing their skills. Aspiring Wild also provides rock climbing, outdoor learning and group experiences shaped around each group’s goals. These can support self-awareness, collaboration, confidence and leadership.

For those seeking a more reflective outing, Go Wild to Feel Well combines guided walks with optional yoga and mindfulness. Nature connection experiences create space for reflection, personal growth and meaningful connection. Aspiring Wild works with participants and like-minded facilitators to shape experiences that suit individual needs, offering opportunities to pause, reconnect with personal strengths and explore future directions.
